Heart Disease Is The Number 1 Cause Of Death In America, and can affect men and women.

It can be the silent killer. The first symptom may be the last.

Many people ask what is the best diet to reverse heart disease. Most people never even change their diet because they have been told by their doctor that it won’t help.

Athletes have also died from it.

So while exercise is good, it does not protect you from this disease.

My dad died from heart disease, he was under doctors’ care. He was treated with drugs. He was originally told he was not a candidate for bypass surgery. He suffered many terrible episodes, even while under a doctor care. He also had terrible side effects from the medication.

He would get severe chest pain, swelling in the ankles, and get out of breath very easy.

Many times he was rushed by ambulance to the hospital because he could not breathe.

He was drowning in his own body fluids backing up in his lungs.

Watching my dear Dad suffer like this was very hard. I just wanted him to be healthy again. I would think to myself why did this happen to him. Could this have been prevented in any way?

A few of these fine doctors are Dr Dean Ornish, Dr. Nathan Pritikin, and Dr Caldwell Esselstyn.

I read an autopsy was done on Dr Pritikin when he died and his 4 major arteries were completely free of any restriction.
