Don’t let this happen to you. This is preventable.
Heart Disease Is The Number 1 Cause Of Death In America, and can affect men and women.
It can be the silent killer. The first symptom may be the last.
Many people ask what is the best diet to reverse heart disease. Most people never even change their diet because they have been told by their doctor that it won’t help.
Athletes have also died from it.
So while exercise is good, it does not protect you from this disease.
Does Heart Disease Run In Your Family?
My dad died from heart disease, he was under doctors’ care. He was treated with drugs. He was originally told he was not a candidate for bypass surgery. He suffered many terrible episodes, even while under a doctor care. He also had terrible side effects from the medication.
He would get severe chest pain, swelling in the ankles, and get out of breath very easy.
Many times he was rushed by ambulance to the hospital because he could not breathe.
He was drowning in his own body fluids backing up in his lungs.
Watching my dear Dad suffer like this was very hard. I just wanted him to be healthy again. I would think to myself why did this happen to him. Could this have been prevented in any way?
What I Learned In My Search
As I read more, I also learned a great deal about this terrible disease. I learned that it is primarily caused by the foods we consume.
I started researching if any doctors are using diet as a preventative, and/or find a cure for this disease.
I listened to many doctors that don’t only use drugs and surgery to try to treat the problem, but really know how food can affect the body.
These same doctors were not just voicing their opinions, they followed the science.
Some were using what they learned on their patients with incredible results.
A few of these fine doctors are Dr Dean Ornish, Dr. Nathan Pritikin, and Dr Caldwell Esselstyn.
I read an autopsy was done on Dr Pritikin when he died and his 4 major arteries were completely free of any restriction.
There Is Only One Diet Proven To Reverse The #1 Killer
If you heard this from your doctor wouldn’t you want to follow this diet? I know I would.
Sadly I know of people that wouldn’t, even if they were dying of heart disease.
I seen firsthand how this dreadful disease sucks life out of a person, until there is no more life left.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
There is only one diet proven to reverse the #1 killer Heart Disease, and that diet is a Plantbased diet.
No other diet can claim this. This is so important and simple, yet there are so few that adapt this diet or are even told about this diet from their doctor, unless your doctor happens to be Dr Michael Greger, Dr. Dean Ornish, Dr.John McDougall, Dr Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr Michael Klaper, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, or Dr T.Colin Campbell.
These are some of the best! They have personally witnessed how this diet has helped themselves, and so they want to share it with their patients so they can also benefit.
Don’t Wait, Get Moving Now
You should learn all you can about this wonderful diet. Don’t wait till you are diagnosed with a serious disease such as heart disease.
If you already have heart disease, you must immediately discuss this diet with your doctor. The sooner the better. Tell your doctor that there is a diet that is proven to reverse heart disease, and that you want to learn more about it. The sooner the better.
The Diet Is Not Selective
This diet is not selective in whom it will help. It needs to be done right. You need to eat as close to nature as possible. Do not eat processed vegan foods. When done right you will experience many health benefits.
Also a great book that can help you, written by the great Dr Caldwell Esselstyn.
This A Lifestyle Change
You need to make this change long term, not short term. Remember the food choices that you made are what got you into this mess in the first place. Going back to those same foods will just put you right back to where you are now.
Don’t look back, just keep moving forward. You will discover new delicious foods. This is not a boring diet by a long shot.
