You feel good, but you want to feel great. But you seem to have run out of options.
You don’t have the money to keep trying the latest so called miracle nutrient that comes on the scene, or has just been discovered.
You may have tried things in the past that were supposed to make you feel fantastic, only to be let down by not feeling or seeing any benefit. You also spent money you didn’t have, to find this out.

Lemon water has a lot of benefits, a good thing to get in the habit of doing is to squeeze a half of a lemon in a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning.
What is the benefit of drinking lemon water you ask.
Here are just a few very worthwhile reasons to make drinking lemon water a part of your health regimen.
Helps prevent kidney stones.
High in vitamin C.
It can help the body detox.
It is alkalizing in the body.
It may help you lose fat.
It can help with throat infections.
High in potassium.
It can help strengthen your immune system.
Helps with digestion.
Lemon juice has anti fungal and antibacterial properties.
You could also add a little stevia (natural sweetener) to the lemon water, now you just kicked it up a notch as far as taste, with no bad effects.
The one thing you must do when consuming lemon water is to make sure you are rinsing your mouth afterwards because it can be corrosive to the enamel of your teeth.
Years ago I read about some of the benefits of drinking lemon water, and I told my Mother about it, and she said to me she had an uncle that used to drink a glass of lemon water every day. She said that must have been why he was so healthy and lived to be in his nineties.
I don’t know about you, but I got convinced years ago, and I still try to consume a glass or two daily,
